Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the amplifier or pedal in its original factory box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured tracking label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
